High Line Hopper Monorail

Experience an efficient and straightforward transportation solution for your virtual worlds. The High Line Hopper Monorail allows multiple trains to run on the same track, controlled solely by predefined routes (speed, stop duration, comments) in a notecard. A typical collision cannot occur: if paths intersect, the trains simply pass through each other, greatly simplifying the overall setup. If you wish to prevent trains from meeting, you can manage this through clever time planning (e.g., staggered starts or adjusted stop durations) in the notecard.

Compact Dimensions & Optimal Land Impact

Measuring about 3.4 meters in length with a land impact of 19, the High Line Hopper remains visually present without overwhelming your area. The different rails and pillars range from 1 to 4 land impact, depending on their size.

Comfortable Passenger Experience

Seating: Script-controlled benches that can face the travel direction or face backwards.
Standing Areas: Two sturdy poles near the entrance provide additional standing room for passengers.

Tracks & Masts

The package includes straight and curved track segments, as well as various mast types (approximately 5 meters tall), allowing for flexible route construction.

Customization

Additional Color Packs: For even greater flexibility, you can purchase additional color packs and personalize the High Line Hopper to your liking. These packs are available both on the Marketplace and in the SKIMI 3D inworld store.
PBR Textures: High-quality materials for the train, tracks, and pillars ensure realistic lighting and surface effects.

Lighting & Sound Control

Lighting: Can be turned on and off manually, or automatically at night.
Sound: Configured via the Settings notecard (travel sound, alert signal, departure sound). Each sound element can be enabled or disabled using flags in the notecard.

Route Planner Tool

Use the Route Planner Tool to plan and manage your routes with waypoints. You can conveniently adjust speed, stop durations, and comments for each station. Refer to the Route Planner Tool User Guide for detailed setup instructions.
